BAM is committed to preserving your safety and wellbeing now, and also in the future. Why focus on health and wellbeing? Better health equals a better life at home and at work. Improving your physical and mental wellbeing can impact so many different areas of your life, both at work and at home.

We have prepared some short guides which are designed to help and support managers and employees through Covid-19 and Reset, through better understanding of, and coping, with uncertainty, change, stress and anxiety.  The guides will offer top tips and key points, conversation starters, short videos, and links to further resources and help. Wellbeing@BAM is there to help you take actions that will positively influence your wellbeing.
